Part 2 of Sergei's and Bianca's book. Well so much happened in this little story. There were kidnappings, twins, forgiveness, in-laws who you thought would suck but turned out fine in the end and the best damn happily ever after. Although the book felt rushed, I did my best to keep up with everything. Something is brewing for my favorite couple Vivian and Nikolai, so I hope their sequel is better. This story was sexy, fun and action packed. Although Sergei has been bought out of the family, it's like he hasn't really left. Trouble still follows him and his family. The ending was perfect. I love Roxie Rivera's style of writing. She writes such sexy books that still have such a heartwarming feel to them. I really do love these Russian men. Ivan is still my giant Teddy Bear.. Bianca, eh for some reason she just doesn't sit right with me. I felt no connection with her like I felt with the other females. I think her character is just so bland and no it all. For instance, the damn prison scene. Sergei warned her, but she still went and looked what happened. But the scene in the prison with Adam was so beautiful, it just brought tears to my eyes. All in all it was a great story and I'm glad all these rough and tumble guys are getting their happy endings.

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story.
