Review: Royally Raised

Image
Royally Raised by Emma Chase My rating: 3 of 5 stars Ugh, it was too short!!! I was hoping this would be them still raising them, but it's 20 years in the future. Everyone is grown with kids. I laughed because Henry basically had Sarah birth his Grandmother. I'm happy that these guys are happy. I'm so not looking forward to the last book. :'( View all my reviews

Review: Royally Matched

Image
Royally Matched by Emma Chase My rating: 5 of 5 stars Sigh, could this story GET anymore romantic. EEP, it wasn't as epic as book one, but man did it hold its own. So this is Henry's book. The princely, wild manwhore. It picks up three months after Nicky and Olivia's story. He has to be King now and Henry has pretty much hit rock bottom. Until he has this weird idea to hold a reality show to find his Queen. Think The Bachelor, but more royal. First thing, those names. I was laughing like a loon reading those names. "Lady Alpacca and her messed up translator" were my favorite. Okay so enter Sarah, we met her before in the first book. She's Penny's shy and book loving sister. So we didn't get much off of her from there, but wow did she come out of her shell in this story. Always watch for the qeuit one. ;) She was perfectly matched for Henry. She just didn't know it yet. Honestly this story was every book lover...

Review: Royally Screwed

Image
Royally Screwed by Emma Chase My rating: 5 of 5 stars Ever wondered what the courtship between Kate and William and Harry and that Megan Markle lady would be like? I imagine something like this. But maybe less boring. But I feel like Kate would be a total Olivia. Man this story was awesome. This is what those cheesey Hallmark movies strive to be. If only....amirite? Meet Nicholas, the next in line to be King of Wessco. He's a dirty....dirrrtyyy boy. Enters Olivia. A baker from New York, who's basically struggling with her business, fed up with everything, but keeps on trucking. These two collide and lots of shit goes down. Olivia becomes an overnight celebrity and her life changes forever. But does it change for the better? These two were perfect for each other. I loved both of these characters. They had so much depth. The background characters were awesome too. Franny girl, I SEE YOU!!! Ms. Chase kept the story going where you don't end ...

Ms. Chase kept the story going where you don't end up getting bored from it. This was such a fun ride to read and everyone's banter was spot on. You had everything, the bitch who turned good, the stuck up villian, the thing that drew them apart and then the epic happily ever after. T...

Review: Ransom

Image
Ransom by Callie Hart My rating: 5 of 5 stars Ahhh, so this is somewhat of a semi conclusion to this whirlwind of a story. All's well that ends well. BUT....there is a new threat on the horizon and I knew that bitch would have done it. This was a great book. I love me some Rebel and Sophia ain't too shabby. She held her own in this story, and it was great reading the transition from prisoner to girlfriend to fiance. I hope we get a full conclusion with this series. I'm feeling some Cade and Denise action though. MAKE IT SO!! View all my reviews

Review: Rogue

Image
Rogue by Callie Hart My rating: 4 of 5 stars Man this was one fucked up love story, but it was the best love story none the less. It picks right up after Rebel when they found Leah and it continues with Rebel trying to protect Sophia with all his might. Hector and his band of idiots are still a threat but Sophia finally got closure and revenge on that asshole Raphael. I love Callie's characters, they're so awesome and relatable. I'm hoping Sophia gets to meet up with her sister soon. If she realize what Sloane's been up to too. They can trade stories. Glad these two got their somewhat happy if it even is their crazy ending. Onto the rest of the story. View all my reviews

Review: Devil's Own

Image
Devil's Own by Megan Crane My rating: 4 of 5 stars Okay, so this was way better than Uptown's book. Now things are finally heating up. An all out war is coming with the bikers. They finally have proof that Digger is a traitor. YES! Anyways, the love story was nice. Even if it was quick as all else. I liked Lara a lot and Chaser was pretty great also. This one had more depth than the other two and Chaser and Lara are my new favorite couple. Sorry Greely. The plot thickens and I can't wait to see who's going to win this war. View all my reviews
