Review: Runaway Vampire

Runaway Vampire Runaway Vampire by Lynsay Sands
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book was so funny. I liked Mary a lot. I see the female characters of Lynsay,'s books are finally getting a better handle on becoming Immortal. Mary took this like a champ and it cracked me up. I liked the banter between her and Dante especially that condom scene. Justin Bricker made his crazy cameo. I LOVE that guy. Well not much didn't really happen, just the usual, Dante gets kidnap with his twin, he escapes, twin doesn't so on his journey to get help he literally crashes into Mary and gets run over. He realizes she is his life-mate, they get chase by bad guys and crash. Mary is on the brink of death and gets turned. That's just about it, the story focuses on Dante and Mary coming to terms with their love and situation and Mary coming to terms with realizing there are more things out there than dwelling on being old and pining after her dead, cheating, asshole of a husband. This was a quick fun read and the ending was so aww inducing and sweet. Love it.
