Review: Touch of Darkness
Touch of Darkness by Christina Dodd
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
Eh, I remember reading this book back when I was 16 and thought it was SO good. Rereading now at 26 and I'm thinking, what the hell was I thinking? The story just draggggedd. It wasn't that interesting but I did liked the humor. I didn't feel any real connection with Tasya and Rurik. It would have been fun if we got a little backstory of how they met and what not, but the writer just thrusted us into their relationship. Tasya is connected to the Varinski's but in a terrible way. The paranormal aspect of this story wasn't that great either. I'll only continue reading because I'm curious as to how it will end and who Firebird's baby daddy is.
