Review: Bully

So yea, I really enjoyed this book. I didn't expect to like it but I did. First off, Jared. The guy's an asshole. He bullied Tate to the point she had to leave for a year just to get awya from him. And his reasoning? It was bullshit. Even I didn't understand what the fuck that was about, but don't forget, Tate was his and he was in love with her but treat her like shit. If that's not love I don't know what is. Then there is Tate. She was such an idiot. So he drops her keys in the pool, so what? That's nothing to make you get angry, swim for them, grab them , kick him in the balls and leave. She did it to Madoc but she should have attacked Jared. She went to France and came back with a backbone and she became awesome. Also it's like this girl didn't know the meaning of telling the Dean or calling the cops. If I was gettibg treated like this, especially that also rape scene, the cops would have been on that school so fucking hard. She just took shit then decided to give out her own justice too. Smh. Alson the thing with K.C, I would have dropped that bitch so hard. Other than that the story got me hooked and I read it in one sitting. I enjoyed the sex scenes but hated Jared. Piper was the most dumbest villian ever too. Her ass would have been locked the fuck up too.

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story.
