Pretty Little Liars "Silence of E. Lamb"



And yet another uneventful episode. I swear since Allison came back this show has been so dull and drawn out. There is more talking and less action and we are still not getting any answers. Mona now is really annoying and just hell bent on getting rid of Allison.  So here we are with the girls trying to find out more about the drawing they got from Eddie at Radley. Aria went and got the volunteered job at Radley to find out more answers. She stumbled upon "Big Bertha" who accused her of stealing her drawing. Seems Bethany left it for her. We saw more disturbed photos of Mrs. D and one with allegedly Toby's Mom falling from the hospital window. Eddie is getting suspicious and he sets up a meeting with Ezra but never shows up. Dun dun dunnnnnn, Meanwhile Hanna is basically getting shit faced because Allison is annoying the crap out of her and driving the poor girl to drink with all her needy antics. But at least she has Caleb to lean on and they both share a steamy kiss at the coffee shop. Ahh, true love. Emily is her usual slightly annoying self and Spencer is camera stalking her sister. All in all another lazy episode with nothing revealing except for Shady Sydney making Hanna spill some guts and "A" sending them a text about it. I guess come October we will get more answers.

Review: The Resolution of Callie & Kayden

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story.
