Teen Wolf S 4X2 117



So after the season premier we saw baby Derek come out of a wall that mean old Kate put him in. Turns out she wanted him turned back young to the point where he trusted her so that Derek could lead her into a vault to find that circular thing (forgot its name) to help her control her shift. We then found out that the thing was also crap and it was "MADE IN CHINA" Oh Peter. Derek had the force within him all this time. Before all that, Stiles was with Derek aka Cousin Miguel, trying to keep him from finding out about his family. Since Scott's father has such a big mouth, that plan was blown to hell and Kate magically appears in the house and sweeps Derek through a window. (Did Derek not smell her in the house?) It was great having the funny Stiles back again on this show along with the Dad thinking they were time travelling after seeing a Baby Derek with grown up prints. *grins* Back over at the school, Scott, Mylia and Peter came across these fun creatures known as Beserkers who are human shaped but with skulls covering their faces. *Queue kick ass fight scenes* Peter being the tool that he was ran away and left those two to fight. In comes Kira being the master swordsman that she was dealing with these things until she got bitch slapped across the room. By the way, she was with Lydia before at the gas station where they stumbled across the gas attendant that Kate killed. Anyways, back in the vault someone throws some smoke bombs into there and robbed Peter blind by a mysterious man with a briefcase. Was he the Benefactor? Back on the top side Derek swoops in and does what NONE of them could and saves the day which leads him to evolve from Baby Derek to *pokemon level up music* Adult Derek again which causes him to gain yellow eyes. EXP POINTS LEVEL 1000!!! Since Scott has red Alpha eyes, what does this make Derek? This episode was action pack from beginning to end and so far a great start to this wicked season. I really wanted to see more of Baby Derek though to see how the relationship between him and Scott would have progressed. But glad that story line wasn't stretched out.  Stay tuned for next week's episode.

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Review: Love, Chocolate, and Beer

Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story. It pissed me off because if these two would have just communicated with each other, so much of this could have been avoided. ...
