I'm so sorry Simon and Kara, but Travis and Ally are my favorite book now. I knew Travis' would be super hot and it was. The broody, arrogant billionaire had finally met his match in the name of Ally Caldwell. She was awesome. I think she and Maddie are my favorite of these bunch of girls. They do not let their men step out of line and know how to conquer them in the best way possible. And talk about the hot factor of this book, man, there is a scene where Ally goes into Travis' office after he told her that he was responsible for his parents death, some naughty tie and discipline was involved. My favorite part of the book. Travis was so dominate and alpha, ahh, just reading his lines set me on fire. I just love how Ms. Scott writes her books. There was no angst in here that would piss you off. Everything was accomplished pretty fast here. It was a fun read watching how these two would bicker, which would only lead up to them having mind numbing sex. Best one yet!!!

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story.
