I'm baaaccckkk!!! Holy crap, now I'm glad I skipped all those other books and went for Mase. THIS IS MY FAVOURITE BOOK OUT OF THIS GODFORSAKEN SERIES. Mase Colt Manning is EVERYTHING! I loved him and I loved Reese. She was such a sweetheart and I hope Mase beats the crap out of the step dad. This was such a wonderful story. I laughed and cried. Everything Reese went through had me wanting to drag her from the book and hug her. You aren't stupid boo boo, you are perfect. Mase was perfect. He didn't turn into a sappy puss like all the other guys of this series, although he was already sappy but a good kind , but he was still alpha male when it came to Reese and her needs. Nan still being the tormenting bitch that she is. Honestly she deserves Major if she does get her book. Both of them can just slut it up together. There wasn't much angst in here and I'm glad a heroine finally fought for her man. Loved the plot twist, but dammit you're 22 years too late asshole. (You'll get it when you read it) I would definitely recommend this book. Oh man, this one will be a future reread. PART TWO HERE I COME!!

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story. It pissed me off because if these two would have just communicated with each other, so much of this could have been avoided. ...
