The Mindy Project " We're a Couple Now, Haters" Season Premier"


Yes guys we are back, back, BACK!!! I'm not even going to get into it today. All I can say is *squeeee* AMERICAN WOMAN!!!!!! Our wound too tight, old fashioned, sexy wannabe Grandpa was a STRIPPER!!! Yes Danny is Diamond Dan!!!! Can Danny Castellano get any hotter to now? I hope so. So it all started when Minday was trying to find a shirt to sleep in and she came across a pink thong with bejeweled DIAMOND on the crotch. At first Mindy thought he was harboring something from one of his old girlfriends, but with Mindy's big mouth and the brilliant observation skills of Peter and Morgan we found out DANNY WAS A STRIPPER!!! :D *Sidenote* Was it only me that laughed and freaked out when Peter and Morgan can just look at a thong and see it's a male stripper thong? LOL Peter???....eh I can see it, but the fact Morgan can tell you where the male balls go, hilarious. We also learn Danny is great with his tongue and does this really cool thing call The Staten Island Handshake. I don't know what that is but if it makes Danny lap at me like a thirsty camel in the dessert, I'm all for it.
  We also had our aww moments with when Peter found out that Jeremy is indeed not gay and kissed his girlfriend even when he bought her an $8000 diamond tiara. Now they are both going to fight to the death with frozen peas for her affections. Another favorite aww moment was when Cousin Lou put some sense into Danny and after Mindy potentially, maybe, murdered someone, he sat with her and gave her a list of all his crazy secrets, because you know guys, he's a GYNO not Batman! I think Danny/Chris has got to be an ass man. He's always grabbing for Mindy's butt when he kisses her. I just love these two so much, and hope they don't suffer the rom-com tv show curse of breaking up, getting back together and finally breaking up again for good. YES LOOKING AT YOU NEW GIRL!!! -__- I mean come on Mindy, you can't say no to Diamond Dan!!! This show is just quirky, fresh, fun, smart with fabulous writing that you just can't pass up. Plus one of these days Mindy Kaling is going to call me up and invite me raid her closet. Until next time Mindians!!!!!

The Resolution of Callie & Kayden by Jessica Sorensen My rating: 3 of 5 stars Well they finally got their happy ending. These two went through so much shit before they got to this point. Some points I wasn't happy with: Callie ran into Caleb at the store and then he was arrested. I fell like not much justice was given there. I wanted Caleb to explain why he did all that crap. I wanted a better confrontation where Caleb would feel ashamed or at least more emotions, but it was handled too quickly and wishy washy. Another one was the death of Kayden's father. We as the reader didn't get much closure from that. He just immediately died, there wasn't much explanation as to how he ended up like that, no explanation from the father as to why he was the way he is, no sorry's, the mother was still a complete bitch and was with the father until the end. Love, Chocolate, and Beer by Violet Duke My rating: 4 of 5 stars So, this book came up in my Amazon recommendations and saw it had a bunch of good ratings and decided to check it out. Violet Duke has found a new fan in me. I really enjoyed this book. This is what true love is all about. I connected with Luke and Dani from the prequel and just fell in love with them. Their bickering and interplay were so funny. The sexual tension was so strong with these two. Even I was feeling what Luke was feeling on those five pre-dates. The 17 Valentines Day gifts Luke did for Dani was so damn romantic, I was "awwing" through the whole thing. The things Luke did for Dani....ack. I love him so much. Anyways let's get to the nitty gritty. So Dani did something really stupid in the prequel that followed her throughout this story.
